Day 15. Dumb face haha. Umm 5.5 miles today, then an ab workout. Cutting out the little soda I drink, and juices and doing straight water for a while. I figure with that, my diet and all the exercise I’ll lose more fat and gain more muscle.
Day 13. I can barely even flex my arms are weak from tonight. Abs I’m still working on. Losing some of my baby fat, I weigh 157 from the original 163. I wanna get to 155 no fat.
Day 12, been slacking on the diet. It’s hard to eat healthy living in the bricks. On the other hand my neck muscles pecks and abs are showing. I gotta get rid of the baby fat. P.s. Definitely quit drinking till further notice. Does you no good for the gym. Or in life…
