I’ve gotten out of bed twice today. To eat. Twice. That is all. Not leaving my island

Had to hold my hand steady cause I was shaking way too much. First semi long distance run I’ve done in a while. About 6.5-7 miles in about 45ish minutes. Not my best. But not my worst. I’m absolutely determined to get back in the shape I was this time last year.

Legit the latest I’ve slept in on a weekend in forever. 930. Time for food, haircut, laundry, perhaps a few drinks at the free Toby Keith concert on base. Whoever he is…
